With the constant improvement of modern vocational education system, our country advocates cultivating "artisans" talents in vocational colleges, which calls for higher requirements for quality of vocational education. Private vocational education as an important branch of modern vocational education system, has trained a large number of skilled personnel for society. However, in the lack of good private vocational school conditions and teachers also led to the quality of personnel training can not be effectively protected. It results in a large number of vocational talents get into the enterprise but no use for the enterprise.School-enterprise cooperation as an effective way of personnel training has been widely used,however, for private colleges, how to effectively carry out school-enterprise cooperation and achieve the goal of trained personnel can meet market demand are the prior problems for private higher vocational college. In the research of current school-enterprise cooperation,there are less research of school-enterprise cooperation about the characteristic of business administration major in private colleges. The enrollment ratio of business administration major in private vocational is still relatively large, for which it is necessary to combine the characteristics of business administration major to discuss the effective school-enterprise cooperation model, so that to improve the educational level and teaching quality of private higher vocational colleges.This paper focuses on the school-enterprise cooperation model of business administration major, and adopts various research methods,such as literature research, questionnaires, case studies, and takes Huizhou Economic Vocational and Technical College of Business Major as the object for analysis, and attempts to explore the theory and practice from the school-enterprise cooperation model, so that to provide more constructive comments for the private higher vocational colleges to train more and better skilled personnel.This paper through a lot of literature analysis to analyze the school-enterprise cooperation model status of home and abroad, by investigating nearly 300 enterprises in Huizhou entity to analyze the demands for business administration students. This paper sums up the characteristics of students in private business administration major, compares the demands of enterprise for talent and the wishes of school-enterprise cooperation business,and combines the exploration of the case Huizhou Economic Vocational and Technical College of business major to analyze advantages and disadvantages of school-enterprise cooperation in various business administration majors. This paper also finds out the problems in school-enterprise cooperation and propose countermeasures, combines local conditions to propose school-enterprise cooperation model for Huizhou economic Vocational and technical College.In a word, the school-enterprise cooperation model should be diversified and have high participation of enterprises and should be in line with the characteristics of various business administration majors.
