4G network technology matures and promotion, to promote the combination of Internet and mobile communication devices. Along with the rise of mobile phone culture as a unique cultural form, gradually merging into college campus life. Campus,college students use mobile phones can be seen everywhere. Mobile phone culture affects college students’ learning, living and entertainment, but also subtly affect college students values. But to some extent, mobile phone culture is double-edged sword.Ideological and political education as a work of advancing the ideological and political education workers how to size up the situation, while avoiding disadvantages give full play to the positive impact of mobile phone culture values of college students to become effective carrier Students Values, is a subject worthy of serious consideration.In this paper, college students for the study, using interviews and questionnaires and other research methods to investigate college students use mobile phones, and to analyze the impact of many mobile phone culture of College Students’ Values. Adverse effects of mobile phone culture generated during the formation of values of college students in the analysis of school, family students ideology insufficient guidance and other aspects; from students "knowing and doing" out of touch, lack of self-awareness;the relevant state supervision. From a personal point of view, family functioning, school level, the social dimension and other issues under the Perspective of College Students Value handset cultural influence, and proposes the use of mobile phone culture establish the correct values of countermeasures.
