As a representative product of the network age, smartphone, tablet and other mobile devices, because of its convenient carrying and powerful technique, become the nowadays young people’s necessities. And with the development of the knowledge of information era, the concept of lifelong learning is developed, people begin to take these smart devices into study. It breaks the limit of time and space, provides people a personalized learning, style. At the same time, the new way of learning brings micro-course, micro study, as new type of teaching mode, not only promotes the development of education informationization, but also opens the micro era in the field of education. Today, informatization becomes the necessary way of universities, and to strengthen the construction of information, building digital campus should be based on the high performance of the campus network. As a result, many colleges recruit students to manage the network with the teachers, In order to cultivate high-quality webmaster, ensure the quality of network operations services, related knowledge and skills training is very important, in the face of the shortcomings of traditional training, the new study way undoubtedly provides a new way of training, therefore, this article will explore micro-course and WeChat, moreover, to further the training of students’ network administrator.At first, the author mainly analyzes the adult learning theory, constructivism theory, connectivism theory and instructional design theories. Then, based on the theories above and analysis of the learners, learning content and learning environment, an instructional design mode of micro-course is put forward by the author. As a flexible and operational mode, it combines the concept of knowledge element and micro-course. Finally, in response to that, the author developed the teaching cases and WeChat platform.Training the student administrator of network should focus on the relevant knowledge and skills of the real problems in the work, with improve the efficiency and quality as yardstick. After analyzing the traditional pattern of students’ network administrator training, the author also builds a new scheme. As a relatively complete training scheme, the new scheme fully embodies the advantages of personalized learning, and makes the courses more systematic. In the future, I hope the mature research results canplay a role for the other micro-courses training.
