With the continuous in-depth development of economic globalization, internationalization has also become the most important development trend in the sector of higher education and the cultivation of international talents has become the first priority of the development of higher education in each country. As an essential part in world political and economic relationship, Europe has always played a vital part in promoting the internationalization of higher education and the international mobility of talents in colleges and universities. Under the context of European integration, the development of political and economic integration finally spreads to the area of higher education. Through credit transfer, mutual recognition of degree and various mobile service measures, tremendous progress has been made both in the scale and quality of the international mobility of college students in Europe. However, there are still many difficulties in the process of mobility due to problems such as structural disequilibrium and over-commercialization. Based on this, this thesis attempts to analyze the background and reasons for college students in Europe, explain the measures to be implemented and the results achieved and fix out problems thereof. Based on this, to draw on effective external experience by combining the specific situation of the international mobility of college students in China. In this paper, documentary method, historical research and comparative method are taken for the study on the relevant issues concerning mobility. This paper can be divided into five parts (excluding the part of introduction). The first part of the paper mainly analyzes the background of the international mobility of college students in Europe and the major driving force behind it. Mobility is under the context of globalization and European integration, and the driving force for mobility mainly derives from three aspects:the impelling of economic interests in European countries, the driving of European cross-cultural traditions and the internal and external push-pull factors of the individual students. The second part of the paper gives a specific elaboration of a series of the implementation methods for the international mobility of college students in Europe:the certification methods, the guarantee methods and the service methods for mobility. The third part of the paper mainly analyzes the three development effects of the international mobility of college students in Europe under the context of European integration:the number of mobile students is ever increasing, the relevant system for mobility is more perfect and at the same time, the employability of students is also elevated. The fourth part of the paper principally gives an analysis of the problems exist and the changes thereof in the process of international mobility of college students in Europe under the context of European integration.Problems that students meet include funding problem, linguistic adaptability problem, value expectation problem and mobility structure problem. While over-commercialization, brain drain and the conflict between integration and nationalization are the big three challenges in the process of mobility. On the basis of analyzing the situation of international mobility of college students in Europe under the integration, the fifth part of the paper gives a further thought on the imbalanced tendency and various obstacles that students may encounter with, and then, by combining with the practical situation of China, to provide a more comprehensive international vision for issues such as the alleviation of brain drain situation and the improvement of mobility services.
