With the rapid development of mobile internet technology and smart phones, mobile phone APP was welcomed by a large audience and became popular. With the economic development, people living standard was rising. More and more people begin to pay close attention to their health problems, at the same time,more and more stars begin to show their "abdominal muscle", from time to time they display its own fitness results on the social network.There are many stars to join the army to shape body and media reports also let the sports and fitness activities to get more extensive recognition and participation.Depending on movement of mobile phones and other mobile terminals,sportive and sliming type of APP, to a certain extent not only promote the spirit of sport and fitness knowledge,at the same time, it has a social function,it can also encourage users to join the movement of body shaping, the movement of the personal fitness behavior into a mass of Shared with competition activities, thus sportive and sliming type of APP as a kind of popular new emerging media, has more important research value in the perspective of communication studies, the research also has the very strong practical significance and application prospects.Through literature review, this study defines the concept of sportive and sliming type of APP, with communication theories and methods to analyze thin body type of APP,to study the spread of· the subject and object, channels and content, through case analysis and practical investigation, sportive and sliming type of APP case depth profiling movement, and then discusse the existing problems and puts forward the strategy.This research thinks, to a certain extent, sportive and sliming type of APP is not only a media tool or the information itself, more is the experience of individual character, aggregate content, convenient operation and other new features, it blurs the boundaries between communicators and the waiters, enriching the content of the transmission, and break the limit of time and space, to provide users with more diverse channels of contact. Although new media with strong aggregation ability, custom design, character experience and social function attracts many netizens, but the sportive and sliming type of APP stillexist in the process of communication content and poor design innovative, severe homogeneity and high security threat obstacles, therefore, we should improve the innovation ability, improve the content and function and improve the policy to protect, intensify supervision and training user consciousness, ability and promote the sustainable development of sportive and sliming body type of APP.
