With the concept of quality education, a series of changes have taken place in the high school ideological and political class. Look from the curriculum function, change the past practice of overemphasis on social function, political function, pay more attention to students’ physical and mental development needs; Look from the course content, delete the contents of the old hard, selection of advancing with The Times, the content of the useful knowledge for students to develop skills, make whole subject taken on a new look; Look from the politics classroom teaching methods, and strive to change the way students passively accept the former guide students thinking, cultivate students’ ability. This determines the high school ideological and political class more than ever, full of elasticity and tension of teachers and students can more fully interactive. High school ideological and political class is the main position high school ideological and political teaching, classroom teaching is the key to improve the political teaching quality and teaching efficiency. But because of the characteristics of high school students physical and mental development, external environment and other factors make it hard to avoid can appear all sorts of problem behavior in class, as the change of times development, this kind of behavior classroom problem behaviors. How to analyze and deal with problem behaviors of high school politics class is the research emphasis in this paper.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, mainly discusses the necessity of the study of high school politics classroom problem behavior. From the characteristics of high school students physical and mental development and external demands both argument. Secondly, this paper discusses research significance. Is the review again. The second part, combined with literature and research topics of described in this article defining the "senior high school students," political classroom problem behavior, decision criteria and analyzing. According to the content of the former three parts, from the performance to the cause, to comb, and focus on high school students with teachers’ ideological and political classroom problem behavior strategy.
