In 2007, the flipped classroom spring up in the United States. It has a significant impact on the education of primary and secondary schools. Bill Gates, was praised as: "foresee the future of education". Subsequently, Sweden, Australia, Spain, Italy, Canada, Britain and other countries introduce the flipped classroom. At that time, flipped classroom is popular all over the world. In 2011, the JuKui middle school in chongqing introduced flipped classroom firstly, China began to explore flipped classroom. A good education effect makes the domestic many education experts, scholars and front-line teachers started a tireless hard exploration. Flipped classroom is the most important concept to the traditional teaching mode completely reversed, from teaching time, teaching content, teaching concept, teachers and students status, on the way to learn a thorough reverse. The flipped classroom in high school is of great significance to the effective use of ideological and political teaching.This thesis is divided into four parts. In the introduction section of the paper, discusses the problems put forward and the research significance, analyzed the research status at home and abroad and puts forward the research methods and research idea of this paper. The first part of the thesis, from the most basic problem, connotation and characteristics of flipped classroom, class "flip" to rise when, where, and how the development up to now. Around the world, with a view to domestic, analyzed its development present situation in the country. On the basis of reading a large number of literature research, the analysis from four aspects flipped classroom in high school ideological and political teaching the necessity of effective use. The four aspects respectively is:flipped classroom is the inner pursuit of "high class", it is the objective requirement of the education informationization, in accordance with the concept of new curriculum reform, to adapt to the new characteristics of high school students to learn. The second part of the thesis, emphatically discusses the restriction flipped classroom in high school ideological and political teaching of the main factors of effective use. These factors mainly include:the lack of teachers’ accomplishment, student participation is not high, imperfect teaching environment, cultivate the students’ discipline accomplishment has long been ignored for a long time. Through the analysis of these factors make us to difficult of flipped classroom combined with specific subjects had a profound understanding of, for the next flipped classroom in high school ideological and political teaching in the effective use of strategies to lay the foundation. The third part of the paper is the focus of this article and core part, in this part mainly puts forward some flipped classroom in high school ideological and political teaching using the effective strategy.With specific class example the problem of contact with the point of view, from development and design, design, implementation and evaluation of reflection on three aspects to the point of its recommendations.
