Through my years of teaching practice and research found that the current situation of teaching quality of primary and secondary education is worrying, in some remote areas is not optimistic. The fundamental cause of this situation is the school leaders, teachers and students do not pay attention to the extreme. It is mainly reflected in several aspects:first, a lot of quality education curriculum can not be carried out smoothly, can not get proper education resources. Although the national quality education in a lot of support, promote quality education nationwide, promote the implementation of comprehensive quality education in primary and secondary schools, requiring schools to increase the number of fine arts, music, sports and other quality development courses, these courses are only because the school and teachers to pay too much attention to the enrollment rate to complete. The time courses are occupied by many other major courses, short teaching time completely unable to guarantee the content and connotation of the students fully accept the quality education, classroom teaching quality can not be guaranteed; second, quality expanding type of classroom efficiency is very low, students accustomed to the examination oriented education model, from the psychological thought as art curriculum the quality education development course itself is of no use, is not to test, these courses are very Is not correct, is not the art teacher or teacher of physical education because the students did not complete the task assigned by the students and criticism. The students of these courses basically have no interest in learning. Third, the quality education development to teachers in class fundamentally deny yourself, long neglected and causes teachers themselves lack enthusiasm for education, class is perfunctory, can not not, took the opportunity to rest. Such as the school art teacher, curriculum, teaching task heavy, courses are also unable to obtain the school’s attention. Thus the passage of time is also the default mode of this kind of teaching, class is put film or draw some very simple things, elaborate the past. To the end of the main courses offered to borrow the teaching time, it is just a break. This has also led to the smooth progress of quality education.This research mainly in my 2011-2014 in Fuzhou City experimental school education experience as a blueprint, through on the current status of art education in middle and primary schools of observation and research, found that art education is not a priority, uneven allocation of teaching resources in education, and finally puts forward some solutions to these problems assume suggestions.
