Under the influence of worldwide education innovation, along with the curricula innovation penetrating continuously, the teacher who act as the leading role in the process of curricula innovation play the important role in the improvement of education quality and the success of education innovation. It will get more and closer attention by the sociality on how to bear the burden, need teachers pullulate well, how to expedite the specialty. Through the contact of middle school and primary school teachers, I found to do the research professionally, being the practicer of research-oriented which is the best method help the middle school and primary school teachers grow up to a excellent teacher. During the research, regarding to the understanding of research-oriented teacher definition, some scholar had commentated, such as Lawrence Stenhouse "Teachers to be a researcher" and Thomas Elyot "Teachers to be an activity researcher" etc, these research has new request on the teacher’s role. Under the impulse of domestic new curricula innovation, "To study the teachers" and "Teachers do research" become the hotspot in the field of education theory, "Research-oriented teacher" be one of the prevalently concerned hotspot by the worldwide. But based on current research, most people concentrate on middle school and primary school teachers should be "Research-oriented teacher", being what kind of "Research-oriented teacher" and how to be "Research-oriented teacher", few people focus on the pullulation track of the common teachers being "Research-oriented teacher".This paper takes the method of narration, to invite a Chinese teacher Z as the partner, based on the respect, faith, to track, observe and visit.to dig the vivid story during pullulation, on the basis of that, then observe the research-oriented teacher’s pullulation. This paper consists of 5 sections; introduction explained the reason to choose this topic, the main content and meaning of this research, the main concept group of this research, references and the research methods which we take up etc. The text contains 4 chapters:The first chapter, it narrates the story of a teacher’s specialty pullulation experience, to card the current research situation, then going to the narration research, picking up teacher Z being the cooperator to discover the thought and research of a Chinese teacher teaching practice, summarizing teacher Z’s pullulation experience, to disclose the course of teachers pullulation research and exploration according to that. It divides teacher Z’s pullulation experience into 2 phases, that is the primary Chinese teacher’s "Act as think" teaching research and the middle school Chinese teacher’s "Think as act" teaching research, to concern teacher Z’s research emphasis in different phase. It discloses teacher Z’s specialty pullulation encounter. The second chapter, it analyzes the pullulation story of teacher Z, to start the embedded analysis through the simulative factor and limit factor. The third chapter, it summarizes the research-oriented teachers bring the revelation to the researcher, the researcher get 4 aspects revelation--the elements of pullulation,knowledge accomplishment, the consciousness of pullulation, from imitation to innovation, the self-examination of pullulation, to overcome the research limit embarrassment through the research to teacher Z.On the basis of this research, realizing the common teachers can be the research-oriented teacher gradually during the specialty pullulation, which is own self and external surrounding go into effect. This research shows teachers specialty pullulation from own self pullulation, through continuous self-examination and research to improve the method of teaching research-oriented, it not only improve teachers to achieve their self-value and specialty pullulation, but also achieve the goal to concentrate students development and polish the teaching quality.
