Since the reforms and opening-up, as one of the most important part in vocational education of our country, the secondary vocational education has drawn much attention and entered a high speed developing date. Nowadays, the secondary vocational education has outputted a large number of high-quality skilled personnel for various industries, made a great contribution to the popularizing of the high school and secondary vocational education. With the development of secondary vocational education, the study of the patterns of the education is deeper and deeper. Cultural integration between schools and enterprises is the deepening of the pattern of personnel training, which is aimed at "combination of learning with working, cooperation between schools and enterprises". While the behavior culture cooperation between schools and enterprises is the key of cultural integration between schools and enterprises.The result of the cultural conflict is internal friction. On the contrast, cultural integration can strengthen the sense of togetherness, as organizational culture, cultural integration between schools and enterprises can lead the vocational school students development in an all-around way, promote the long-term development to vocational schools and make a healthy development of the enterprise and Scientific development of regional economy. The meaning of integration is deeply exploit when visit the Chen Port Vocational Senior High School. Through interview investigation and case study analysis, we note that Huaqiang Vocational Technical School and Chengdu Electronic Information School have both strengthened the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improved the "industry-academy cooperation" of personnel training mode, and get a satisfactory result.Recently, The state has speed up the development of vocational education, and introduce a number of policies and decisions to promote the rapid development of vocational education, especially the behavior cultures cooperation between schools and enterprises. As one of the most important part, as well as the deep level of school enterprise cooperation, more and more attention has been paid in the education sector. By reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature, it is easy to find that it has made certain achievements in the culture integration between secondary vocational schools and enterprises, and it is currently in the stage of deepening and strengthening integration. As the cultural level of the behavior culture integration, The exploring of the way and mode are also very important. But in fact, when studying of secondary vocational school enterprise behavior culture integration process, the author found that, the status is not satisfactory, and unidirectional, simple, pure, unhealthy tendencies are still exist. Through visiting the Chen Port Vocational Senior High School, we note that it was because the insufficient governmental insurance, social cognition pitfalls, weak awareness of school and some other reason.The author hope that, by analyzing the behavior cultural integration between schools and enterprises, we can promote the perceptual knowledge to conceptual knowledge, summarize the theories and experimental rules, enrich and activate the development of secondary education, promote creativity of our country.Based on this, analyzes the problems and reasons in the secondary vocational school enterprise behavior culture integration, on the basis of possibility and necessity of integration of secondary vocational school behavior culture and enterprise behavior culture, we hope to explore the rules and path of enterprise behavior culture fusion, on both the breadth level, deep level and gradient level fusion of ideas and methods, which play an important role in guiding, implemented in secondary vocational education practice.Probes into the medium vocational school campus behavior culture and enterprise culture both similarities and differences. The author believes that to take advantage of the "common ground" thinking strategies of the fusion of the behaviors of the two cultures as a breakthrough and the connection point. On one hand, by Lake advantage of the common use of the two cultures, the culture of good corporate behavior factor is fused to the school behavior culture, and supplement each other; on the other hand, by combining of two cultures behavior difference, softening the conflict between the cultural transformation, and promote the integration of the two cultural, lead the school and enterprise to employment-oriented scientific development.The innovation of this paper is to develop strategies to use " seek common points while reserving difference" ideas, promote the integration of secondary vocational schools and enterprises behavior culture. Starting from the fit of both the organization and leadership mechanism, education and training mechanisms and activities mold mechanism, integrate the outstanding corporate behavior and cultural factors into the construction of secondary vocational schools behavior culture, normative behavior, strengthen safeguard measure, rich educational model. Furthermore, it analysis the difference in the baseline, nature of property and operational purposes, explore the differences in the example of the power of moral practice, classroom teaching, campus environment, self-education and professional experience for the post to promote deeper integration of cultural behavior. Fusing two acts of cultural similarities and differences, and build a deeper cultural behavior of school-enterprise integration patterns.
