The first line of objects teachers are informatization teaching resources users, the most important function of teaching resources is to meet teachers actual requirements, only by this way informatization teaching resources can enter the classroom and have vitality, it means to meet teachers'needs is a basic premise about development and construction of informatization teaching resources and a good measure of the effectiveness and applicability of informatization teaching resources. However, what kinds of informatization teaching resources are the teachers the most in need. Apparent, this question has no standard answer. The point is that different teachers have different selectivity, for example those teachers think the kind of teaching resource is highly, but maybe others do think so. Due to teachers in the teaching process (preparation, in class, self-development) are affected by age, education level, the realistic hardware conditions, subject characteristics, technical capabilities, the quality of resource, school'system, etc, those factors lead teachers have different requirements and different tendency to use. Analysis of these factors will not only clearly be able to help departments of design and development to accord to the need of the teacher when they design and develop resources, but also can provide strong references when Education departments purchase teaching resources library. This paper select Kazuo Mongolian Autonomous County as a focus on this research, it locates the western of Liaoning Province. The actual education things in the region has its special, it is different form Mongolian Province Municipality, further more it is different other places of Liaoning Province. I hope this research can supply reference when resource departments design, develop information resources and local education department purchases resources library.This dissertation uses such research methods as literatures, field survey, survey research methods, and statistical methods. The research contains six parts:the first part is an introduction, including research background, the domestic research and informatization teaching resources were been usage in this area, research methods, purpose and meaning; The second part contents several key concepts and defines the scope of research about informatization teaching resources in the paper, presents the theoretical basis; The third part describes basic situation about the survey sample; The fourth part bases on the detailed analysis nine aspect of teachers to find out why different teachers have different select in their classes; The fifth part gives some possible solutions; The sixth part is summarizes about this paper, research shows that different teachers choices different informatization teaching resources in their classroom, so it do not stereotyped when design and develop informatization teaching resources, considering the geographical characteristics, establishing the needs of local teachers, to find a effective way to solve "lack of resources".
