Self-satisfaction is the satisfaction of individuals to their present situation and the degree of their worth to be accepted.and also a multidimensional, the overall structure of multilevel, involving the physical, psychological, social and other aspects to view.Physical exercise is a physical activity that individuals use various physical exercises to enhance physical fitness and improve health.We never lack of physical exercise or self satisfaction in all studies,the relationship between physical exercise and physical self satisfaction also achieved a wealth of results.However,in the existing information and literature relevant to study the relation of physical exercise and self- satisfaction of university students are little.Therefore,the research’s goal is explorer the relation of physical exercise and self- satisfaction of university students,It is very meaningful for university students to participate in physical exercise to improve their self satisfaction.The research adopts the questionnaires survey method,the cultural heritage data method,interview method, mathematics statistics method and logic analyze the method to some universities students in Shanghai for the survey,the field visits a dozen universities in Shanghai, the distributed about the relation of physical exercise and self- satisfaction of university students survey 1210, recovered1097,1004 valid questionnaires,and using statistical software SPSS19.0 Compare means,One-way analysis of variance,Independent-sample T test,Multiple linear regression analysis,the data analysis and the result show:The time and frequency of university Students’ physical exercise have significant differences in gender and grade, and the attitude of physical exercise is selective in the grade.Student self-satisfaction in physical exercise time, frequency, form, projects and physical exercise initiative differences(p<0.05).Conclude:1.University students physical exercise time is shorter, the frequency is less, and has significant differences in gender. "I feel too tired to exercise" is the main factor in the impact of university students physical training.2.Students on the overall evaluation of self-satisfaction is not very high, in the middle level and the individual difference is relatively large.The level of self satisfaction in their difference is very obvious the grade and gender.Self-satisfaction related indicators,self-efficacy, self-positioning in gender, grades have significant differences.3.Physical exercise time, frequency, enthusiasm, project and physical self satisfaction, psychological self satisfaction, social self satisfaction, self satisfaction,there is a significant positive correlation.The correlation coefficient is higher and the time and frequency of physical exercise and self satisfaction.4.Through multiple linear regression analysis,the relationship between physical exercise and self satisfaction is positively and the coefficient is very significant.There is a significant linear relationship between them.So put forward the following suggestions:1.University should promote, education, university students should establish a correct understanding of the attitude of physical exercise.2.To carry out a wealth of sports activities to promote students to participate in physical exercise.3.Learning the scientific physical training methods,through physical exercise to improve, improve the self4.Cultivation of College Students’ Physical Literacy.5.Developing university students’ physical self and improving university students’ self values. |
