Research On Social Work Practice Of Improving The Parenting Style Of Migrant Family Infant

0-3 years of age is the golden age of development, can lay a solid foundation for future development, the current state has begun to attach importance to the development of 0-3 years old infants and young children. At the same time, due to the current our country is in the period of social transformation, industrialization and urbanization makes a large number of floating population, and with the further development of the social economy, more and more floating population carrying his wife and children in the side, the phenomenon of migrant families have emerged. However, due to the dual pressures of economy and society, it is difficult for the family to bring up their children. Therefore, despite the development of 0-3 years old is very critical, but as a vulnerable group of floating population due to its own reasons and environmental factors, making it in the breeding of infants at a loss or inadequate.This study adopted questionnaire survey method, observation method and interview method to collect relevant data and tries to utilize the social learning theory, through case work and group work method to provide the service of social work, to improve flow infant family education, promote the effective solutions for the mobile home infant parenting styles. First of all, to elaborate the main problems existed in Kunming City C floating community family infant education way; and secondly, to explore how to use the social learning theory in the social work service, through the case work method and the group work method to improve the parenting style of migrant family infant; finally, to summarize and reflect on practice.
