Research On The Current Situation Of Private Higher Vocational Entrepreneurship Education In Guangdong

As the country gradually promote higher schools should vigorously carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education, higher vocational colleges found that entrepreneurship education is not only an important way to solve the difficult employment of students, can better meet the contemporary higher vocational colleges to cultivate versatile talents with high demand.Under the condition of current practice and some higher vocational college entrepreneurship education into the curriculum system, a dedicated team of teachers of college students to entrepreneurship education system, such as the Beijing Vocational College of Finance and commerce. This model will be included in the current curriculum system of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education will run through all aspects of life.Guangdong’s private higher vocational education started earlier, the development of large scale, in recent years, Guangdong private higher vocational education has also achieved good results. Content and practice of entrepreneurship education began to closely linked together,all kinds of business competition has become a routine activity of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education has become increasingly prominent, but undeniable is,entrepreneurship education in the process of development also exist many problems.The 700 college students in Guangzhou Vocational College of Donghua, Nanhua College of industry and commerce, Guangdong Xin’an vocational and technical college, Guangdong Vocational College of industry and commerce, Guangdong innovative vocational college of science and technology of five private vocational as samples, Guangdong private higher vocational education present situation investigation research. The survey focused on teaching staff construction of Guangdong private entrepreneurship education in higher vocationalcolleges, entrepreneurship education, curriculum setting, the student creative ability in investigation of entrepreneurship education, the management, the overall level of entrepreneurship education and other aspects of the status quo. The results showed that at this stage, private higher education in Entrepreneurship Education of entrepreneurship education professional teachers is not strong, the lack of professional courses and according to the textbooks, lack of entrepreneurial education and effective teaching strategies, management of enterprising education and entrepreneurship education overall level is not high. On the basis of investigation and study, successful strategies of the entrepreneurship education in some universities and colleges were also discussed. And put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of Guangdong private colleges entrepreneurship education: entrepreneurship education to be successful, we must to change the concept of entrepreneurship education, and create a good entrepreneurial environment, improve the teaching level of teachers, adjusting the arrangement of related courses, establish and improve the evaluation system and so on.
