An Investigation On The Current Situation Of Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational College

The 21 st century is a century in which great changes have taken place in various fields,such as human politics,economy,culture,science and technology,ideas and lifestyles.With the development of social economy and the adjustment of industrial institutions,the current situation of labor supply exceeding demand,making the employment pressure in our country increase sharply,this has become a serious social problem.Carry out entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and cultivate a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness,has important practical significance and strategic significance.Based on this background,this study investigated the higher vocational colleges that have already started entrepreneurship education in Dalian,Liaoning Province,The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,to clarify the problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship education,to deeply analyze the causes of problems,and to specifically propose strategies for deepening the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,With a view to helping the reform and development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China.This research comprehensively uses three research methods: literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,The study consists of five chapters: The first chapter expounds the background and origin of this research,the significance of the research,summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,defines the related concepts,and clarifies the ideas and methods of the research.The second chapter carries out an empirical investigation on the status quo of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,from the cognition and goal orientation of entrepreneurship education,the implementation path of entrepreneurship education,the internal guarantee and external support system of entrepreneurship education,the organization and management of entrepreneurship education,and the effect of entrepreneurship education,Conduct a questionnaire survey with high-level students on the five dimensions of evaluation,and conduct in-depth interviews with relevant full-time teachers and administrative staff,analysis of the survey results,showing the status quo of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.The third chapter,according to the status quo of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,reveals the main problems in the process of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges including: the cognition and goal orientation of entrepreneurship education are biased;the implementation path of entrepreneurship education is single;the internal guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education is not perfect;the external support system of entrepreneurship education is imperfect;the management of entrepreneurship education is out of order;the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education is imperfect.At the same time,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem: the constraints of traditional concepts;the government's service functions are not fully utilized;the social support system is not perfect;higher vocational colleges pay insufficient attention.The fourth chapter,based on the problems and causes in the process of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,proposes targeted improvement strategies including: reinvent the concept of entrepreneurship education,clarify the goal of entrepreneurship education;broaden the implementation path of entrepreneurship education;establish and improve the internal guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education;effectively improve the external support system of entrepreneurship education;build an entrepreneurial education organization and management system;improve the evaluation mechanism of entrepreneurship education.The fifth chapter,the conclusions and shortcomings of this research,rationally analyze the problems and deficiencies in this investigation.
