Students’ Association Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Jiangsu Institute Of Education

Recently, the number of student organizations growths rapidly, members of the association have gradually expanded. As a place for students to enrich their cultural life on campus,to improve their comprehensive quality of the carrier and also as the important platform for schoolideological education, university student organizations has attached great importance to the Communist Youth League Central Committee. How to take full use of university students’ organizationsfunction and solve the issues of them became a hot topic in association management.The first part of this article introduces the reasons, objectives, the home and abroad research status of issues related to association management,as well as methods of the reaserch,which will use to identify the basic research directions. In the second chapter, the definition of student societies has been clarified, and the theoretical basis have been explained and the function and role of student societies have been redefined, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research. In the third chapter, the questionnaire and interview methods field research have been used to collect datas. According to analyze datas, we have given a comprehensive display of management condition of social organizations.Mostly,the community management, institutions, funding status have been given great attention. In the fourth chapter,we have summed up six aspects of Jiangsu Institute of Educationstudents’ association management problems, In the fifth chapter,we should combined home and abroad’s study on construction and management of college students’ associations,and use the Humanistic theory,Target management theory, Vision management theory,Student developmental theory, Systems and Control Theory to help to solve the problems the students’association have faced. What’s more, the students association should improvethemself from the ideological building, organizational and cultural development.School club managements should give more supportments from hardware funding, tutor support, reducing interventions for student associations and create a favorable external environment for their growth and management. This article is aimed to help Jiangsu Institute of education find the association management problems and give the suitable suggestion to solve the issues to guide their the healthy and long-term develop.
