Therefore, this article will explore the effect of Taijiquan on the executive function of the elderly through the experimental method.Research methods: select 230 ~ 70 year old questionnaire and divided into four groups: expert group, exercise group, exercise control group and exercise group, respectively, of Moca test, the Stroop test, the N-back test, Task-switch test and analysis of the implementation of the overall function and the sub function.Results:(1) Moca test: the average score of the expert group and the exercise group were higher than that of the control group and the exercise group, and there were significant differences.(2) Stroop test: the accuracy of the expert group and exercise group were greater than the exercise control group and exercise group and there was significant difference; the response of the expert group and exercise group were faster to exercise control group and exercise group, but there is no significant difference.(3)N-back test: the accuracy of the expert group and exercise group were greater than theexercise control group and exercise group and there was significant difference; lack of exercise group responses to be better than the other groups, but with other groups does not exist significant differences.(4) Task-switch test: the correct rate of the expert group was higher than that of the control group and the exercise group, and there was a significant difference; the reaction time of the motion control group was better than other groups.Conclusion:(1) Taijiquan exercise can improve the overall executive function of the elderly.(2) Taijiquan exercise can improve the accuracy of the function of the elderly, but it has no positive effect on the processing speed.(3) Taijiquan exercise can improve the correct degree of the old people, but it has no positive effect on the processing speed of the refresh function.(4) Taijiquan exercise can improve the accuracy of the conversion function of the elderly, but the processing speed of the conversion function does not have a positive impact.
