This study aimed at discussing Taijiquan Exercise on stroke patients with working memory and inhibition function rehabilitation effect and mechanism, through the computer aided neuropsychological tests : the n-back and G0/No-go experimental paradigm to observe the Taijiquan exercise in 6 months after stroke patients of working memory and inhibition function changes, in order to reveal Taijiquan on stroke patients with cognitive rehabilitation effect and the influence mechanism, and provide the basis of theory and method for motor recovery in patients with stroke treatment, science and promotion of Chinese traditional sports Taijiquan has theoretical and practical value.Since February December 2014- 2015. Through the 411 Hospital of Chinese people’s Liberation Army collected recruited according to the inclusion standards and test requirements of the stroke patients, 17 cases as experimental subjects were Randomly divided into Taijichuan group(experimental group), the traditional rehabilitation group(control group), the experimental group 9, according to the group of eight people. Two groups were strictly in accordance with the experimental program for a period of 6 months of exercise intervention. The cognition and executive function of the two groups were recorded and analyzed before and after the experiment. On cognitive function evaluation mainly uses the Montreal measurement scale, evaluation function to perform mainly through by the Montreal Cognitive measurement scale and computer aided neuropsychological tests: the n-back and Go/No-go experimental paradigm to measurement error of patients with stroke rate and reaction time indicators for data collection and the use of Excel database was established. Statistical analysis was done by SPSS statistical software. Research results show:(1) Six months after the intervention, the experimental group in the N-back experimental paradigm, the correct rate increased, it shows that Tai Chi exercise can help improve the working memory of patients with stroke.(2) Six months after the intervention, the error rate of the experimental group was reduced in the Go/No-go experimental paradigm, which indicates That Tai Chi exercise helps to improve the ability of the patients with stroke.(3) Six months after the intervention, the error rate of the experimental group was reduced in the Go/No-go experimental paradigm, which indicates that the Taijiquan exercise is helpful for the improvement of the ability of the patients with stroke. |
