The right to education is a basic human rights accorded to citizens by the constitution. At the same time, also is the citizens shall enjoy the premise and foundation of culture and education. The People’s Republic of China has 56 different nationalities, ethnic education should be equal. This not only is closely related to the future development of every citizen, also about the national unity, national prosperity. However, due to the environment, history, economy, and many other factors, ethnic minority areas relatively weak, the base of minority education cause is relatively strong sense of the masses themselves by the power of the education, the level of education in minority areas increase speed relatively slow, and ethnic minority areas is limited by the right to education to a certain extent. Mongolian nationality as the main body of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region nation, in the process of modernization, and long-term with a number of han nationality, in the traditional way of life and culture is facing challenges. How the development of Mongolian education career while protecting the Mongolian traditional culture, for the inheritance and carry forward the national characteristics, provide material base, this is the article in the writing process of reflection. This article first from the overview of minority education, with the source of the right to education, the basic meaning of the right to education as the starting point,the source of the right to education to ethnic minorities, the definition of minority education, ethnic characteristics and contents of the right to education make accurate definition. Secondly, mainly through the analysis of some actual situation, it is concluded that the Inner Mongolia autonomous region the challenge for the rights to education is the Mongolian and the main reasons. Third, according to the problems and cause analysis, path selection for the Mongolian so as to protect the right to education, put forward the superficial opinions, summarized as "five needs:the need to constantly improve minority education legal system, the need to vigorously strengthen the Mongolian the legal consciousness of Chinese citizens to receive education, to further strengthen the Mongolian education of funds investment, need a lot of publicity for the cause of Mongolian and the implementation of the right to education and the implementation of the need to constantly and love all aspects of the Mongolian educational supervision.
