Inner Mongolia is an autonomous region with Mongolia minority as main body. In the past, the curriculum of Mongolia nationality schools has been paying more attention to the implementation of the national and local curriculum, but taking little notice to the School-based curriculum, especially the development of the School-based curriculum based on the Mongolia nationality culture. The development of the School-based curriculum has a important effect on inheriting and developing national culture. Therefore, based on the standard of the national and local curriculum, it is indispensable to develop the School-based curriculum with Mongolia nationality culture and the practice of the Mongolia nationality school.The paper is a academic research that links up the practice of the development of the School-based curriculum in the Mongolia nationality school. Form the investigation and analysis of the development of the School-based curriculum in the Mongolia nationality school, we discuss the connection between the Mongolia nationality culture and the development of the School-based curriculum, and find some questions and put forward to solution strategyies in order to inherit and develop the Mongolia nationality culture and promote the development of the School-based curriculum in the Mongolia nationality school healthily.This paper includes five parts.The first part is introduction. It introduces the reasons for selecting this topic, the important sense and purpose of the research, and the conditions about our country and foreign countries.The second part is about the generalizability of the Mongolia nationality culture and the development of the School-based curriculum. It expounds the concept of the culture, the Mongolia nationality culture and the School-based curriculum, and the connection between the School-based curriculum and the feature curriculum and so on.The third part is about the necessity of the development of the School-based curriculum based on the Mongolia nationality culture. It mainly analyzes the connection between the Mongolia nationality culture and the School-based curriculum, the actuality of the teaching material in the Mongolia nationality school, and the need of incarnating the characteristic of the Mongolia nationality school.The fourth part is about the investigation and analysis of the development of the School-based curriculum based on the Mongolia nationality culture. We use the questionnaire survey and the interview method, and analyze the present situation of the development of the School-based curriculum based on the Mongolia nationality culture in the Mongolia nationality middle school.The fifth part is about some questions and countermeasures of the development of the School-based curriculum based on the Mongolia nationality culture. Organization and guidance of the School-based curriculum, development and implementation of the School-based curriculum, and evaluation and feedback of the School-based curriculum are explored respectively and some questions and concrete countermeasures for developing the School-based curriculum are found and offered.
