Citizens'right to receive education are basic human rights, China's Constitution also stipulates that citizens have right to receive education. but in practice right to receive education of peasants and the public are not treated equally. Peasants'infringement of the right to receive education is widespread, the numbers of access to education affect the implementation of other rights or not. Access to education in today's society is personal survival and development of the indispensable means to the peasants' right to receive education can be effective protection, the entire future of the nation.
