With full implementation of the new curriculum reform, the concept of the new curriculum of classroom teaching put forward newer and higher requirements, classroom management is an important part of classroom teaching, effective classroom management is guarantee of the promoting teaching carried out in an orderly manner, improve the quality of classroom teaching, promote quality education, to promote all-round development of students, which requires teachers on classroom management should have a new awareness and understanding, teachers should abandon traditional and old-fashioned educational ideas, changing concepts of education, set up the update of the classroom management concept, improve the classroom management strategies, improve the classroom management level and ability, in order to adapt to the need of teaching reform under the new situation. The study of the present situation of classroom management of research and analysis, in view of the existing problems, combined with classroom management theory and the concept of the new curriculum requirements, put forward a series of solution to the problem of feasible strategies, is conducive to further optimize and improve the effect of classroom management, so that the classroom teaching pays more attention to tap the potential of the students, and the cultivation of personality shaping, students pay more attention to the life, emotion and dignity, make the classroom full of more humane care, that classroom radiate new vigor and vitality. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between classroom management and students’ learning attitude in rural junior middle school.In this paper through the questionnaire survey way, to all students of Baishan City No.15 middle school as the main research object, through the issuance of which is compiled by the teachers’ classroom management questionnaire and the students’ learning attitude questionnaire ",80 students in our school were questionnaire survey, understand the study attitude of junior high school students and the teacher’s classroom management current situation, analysis of the junior high school students learning attitude differences between the groups, on this basis, to explore the class time and classroom discipline, classroom environment of junior high school students learning attitude, and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.Through the investigation and study, the following conclusions are formed:1, Baishan City fifteenth middle school teachers in classroom management is generally in a general level, the effect of teacher classroom management in the students’ gender, grade, family is not perfect, there is a significant difference.2, Baishan City fifteenth middle school students’ overall learning attitude is in general level, students’ learning attitude in gender, grade, family is not perfect, there is a significant difference.3, Baishan City fifteenth middle school teachers’ classroom management and students’ learning attitude has a positive correlation, the teacher classroom management and cognition, emotion, intention, there is a multiple linear relationship.
