At present, applied studies of the Flip-type Classroom have mainly been performed at the primary level in the reform of education in China, which have been conducted at the higher education comparatively fewer and only a few experiments of those studies have been done in Public Selected Courses at Colleges and Universities.By integrating high-tech with the courses teaching at the higher education in depth, applied studies of the Flip-type Classroom in Public Selected Courses at colleges and universities must have value in to the theory and practice of how Flip-type Classroom Teaching should be carried out so that is suitable to the Chinese domestic situation or varied conditions and ultimately promote the development of applied educational technology.With the help of WeChat as public platform, a micro-level discipline of physical education has been constructed, releasing the information regularly about such a course resource and then putting the flip-type classroom to use in the course teaching.This thesis discusses the feasibility of the course entitled "Prevention of Injuries in Sport Activities and Their Treatments" and then analyses and summarizes the effect of the Flip-type Classroom in public selected courses.With theoretical analysis and practical investigation made, this thesis concludes that the flip-type classroom can be practically applied to public selected courses at colleges and universities, but is to be conducted in the way that should combine with regular courses and be compatible with other teaching resources. Therefore, its primary principles should be adjusted in time. The thesis also justifies the necessity of "transitional teaching" and the effectiveness of "comprehensive answers" as device of assessment or evaluation. At the end of the thesis, four questions are put forward, namely sample, time, differentiation, and course designing as well as four suggestions are proposed for further studies, such as platform, technology, resources, and curriculum necessity...
