With the constantly advancing of education reform, communication between teachers and students has been widely concerned. Extracurricular education provides new position for teachers-students communication, which as the extension of classroom teaching. The dramatic development of New Media bring convenience, meanwhile affecting and changing people’s life-style and communication mode. Widespread use of New Media changing teacher’s teaching methods and student’s learning method, had profound impacts for teachers-students communication’s style and action too. Teachers work on subject teaching should conform development tendency of New Media, taking advantage of New Media to develop teaching, especially playing the advantage of New Media in the aspect of interpersonal communication. It is very important for establish a good and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.By the method of documentary analysis, combs concepts of New Media and communication, as well as the effect of extracurricular communication between teachers and students. It is should to summarize the character of extracurricular communication between biology teachers and students: communication time debris, communication space opens, communication content to life, communication style of information; the main form of communication is: online interactive text communication, convenient instant verbal communication, image communication across space.Situation of Extracurricular biology communication between teachers and students in the new media background survey, the results showed that: biology teachers in middle schools for students and teachers to communicate the wishes of relatively strong, clear attitude, but the lack of mobility; biology teachers and students in extracurricular content of communication exist with different students different, but the general attention to student learning problems, psychological problems of the student life issues and pay less attention; select the mode of communication is also based on the traditional model of the main interview; interfere with the biology teacher factors extracurricular student communication more student-teacher ratio is too large is the biggest obstacle to teachers and extracurricular communication. Students also communicate the existence of extra-curricular strong will, a clear attitude, but the initiative is not strong; the theme is still learning extracurricular teachers and students to communicate, but the desire to communicate psychological problems and life issues; after teachers and extracurricular communication teacher-student relationship more harmonious, enhance interest in learning; teachers and students for extracurricular under the new media communication between parents is supportive attitudes. Main problems are: lack of effective communication methods between biology teachers and students; biology teachers lack of student’s learning and understanding of thoughts and feelings; biology teacher and student to communicate the actual desired communication is inconsistent; biology teacher and students extracurricular lack of effective communication platform. The main problem for biology teachers to communicate in the presence of extra-curricular proposed: to establish the concept of equality of teachers and students and training teachers and students awareness of awareness of information security strategy; communicate clear theme, content and positive attention to physical and mental development of students, to play the advantages of biology curriculum and attention to social issues, linking theory with practice content strategy; exchange tone equal emphasis on students feelings and make full use of the advantages of new media, as well as the establishment of a variety of communication channels to grasp the communication needs, using flexible communication methods and strategies.Analyzing and showing the case of “Biology Microscope Club” to found its success place. Through the "junior partner" which in form of QQ, the "sister" which in form of We Chat to practice, thus deepening their understanding of the New Media in extracurricular communication between biology teachers and students. So we can summarize the advantages and feasibility of New Media, to provide a reference value for the front-line teachers.
