Teacher-student communication is the most common and special interpersonal communication activity in school education,which can be divided into formal communication and extracurricular communication according to the different scope of activities.Formal communication has always been a concern because it takes place on the subject of classroom content.On the contrary,extracurricular communication is ignored by some teachers,especially the rural junior middle school teachers,who are influenced by the closed educational ideology and have insufficient understanding of extracurricular communication between teachers and students.This is not conducive to the development of rural junior middle school education in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research of extracurricular communication between teachers and students in rural junior middle schools.A composed of three rural middle school in laiyuan county as an example,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,three methods of investigation to understand the present of laiyuan the status quo of the countryside junior middle school extracurricular communication between teachers and students,the problems existed in the present,and thoroughly discusses its forming reason,finally tries to explore from the perspective of teachers,students,administrators solution to the problem of laiyuan the countryside junior middle school extracurricular communication between teachers and students and countermeasures,and to the society,parents,and laiyuan county rural junior high school teachers and students to provide direction,laiyuan county countryside junior middle school to build a good communication between teachers and students after class.Upon investigation and interview,layuan county rural junior high school extracurricular teachers and students exchange status quo is unreasonable work and rest time;Lack of after-class communication between teachers and students evaluation system;Pay attention to students' study,do not pay attention to extracurricular communication between teachers and students;The communication between students and teachers is low and the communication effect is not ideal.Teachers and students are serious about passive communication.Students encounter communication barriers to retreat;Teachers and students like to communicate in different ways and places.The problem it reveals is that teachers don't pay enough attention to it.Students' awareness of active communication is poor;Lack of evaluation system;Learning in the content of communication is not emotional;Large class size makes the communication mode of teachers and students single and has few opportunities.Unreasonable work and rest limit the development of recreational activities.Based on the summary and detailed analysis of the problems,in order to better promote the teacher-student communication,especially to improve the effect of rural extracurricular teacher-student communication,it can be strengthened from the following aspects: first,leadership to strengthen understanding;Second,establish scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism;Third,enrich the communication platform;Fourth,reduce the number of classes to increase the degree of care for students;Fifth,change the concept to care about all students;Sixth,to improve their own self-cultivation and enrich the theme of communication;Seventh,make use of school orientation to improve students' initiative in communication;Eighth,strengthen home-school contact to promote exchanges;Ninth,the formation student correct exchange idea.
