Development of youth football is football development in China on the basis and premise, and expand the popularity of the campus football soccer population is key to the development of youth football. Junior adolescent is an individual physical and mental change and a period of rapid development, but also the critical period of physical development and movement technology formation. Level four-phase students’ sports technology, physical fitness, sports interest are in a period of differentiation. The students are in this stage of physical development, hopes for the future, they have the courage to express themselves, especially among eighth grade.Also, eighth-grade students with a strong plasticity. Football Course development of physical fitness and football skills will take time and the level of four phases and will face fitness tests in the exam, how to find a football lesson in teaching quality and technical content point of balance so that both can be taken into account, so that many teachers felt football confused. The proportion of how the scientific division soccer lesson physical and technical football, seize the opportunity of key physical development of students and technical formation, physical education for students with limited physical fitness and football skills have been improved and maintained interest in football course, teaching soccer to become an urgent problem.To solve the above problem, this paper, literature, statistics, interviews, and other research methods teaching experiment experimental study differentiated football teaching on how to improve the teaching quality of football on campus CAPO. In eighth grade three students in the class as experimental subjects, both experimental groups are also three classes in the control group. Before the experiment before the three classes students physical fitness and football skills test, test results show that three students in the class, whether physical or football skills were not significantly different. After pretest completed three experimental class teaching football for three months, but differ in the proportion of physical exercises and teaching football skills.Experimental class in which a group of physical and technical football basic teaching content ratio of 1: 3, second class physical fitness test and basic techniques of football teaching content ratio of 2: 2, with soccer fitness test three classes teaching basic technical content ratio of 3 : 1, three months after the football teaching, through teaching experiments the control group and the experimental group data, statistical analysis of these data processing, the results found that: second class experiments,both in terms of physical fitness or football skills test experiments should be better than the other two classes. Experimental group, followed by experiments in three shifts ranked last. It showed in Football Teaching physical and technical football is equally important, both mutual promotion and mutual influence should be balanced development.
