This study is based on the German Olver Music Education Act. Combination of Chinese and foreign about the parents to participate in family music education research, This research mainly adopts the method of sampling survey,A self compiled《The questionnaire of parents’ participation in the family music education in Harbin 》as the main research tool,273 of the class 5 parents located in the city of Harbin in the kindergarten were investigated. Through this study, To understand the status of family kindergarten class parents to participate in the English fenland andInfluence factors of parents’ participation in English translation. In addition to a certain extent, explored the significance and methods of kindergarten parents involved in family music education. This study provides some relevant information about parents’ participation in family music education at home and abroad, which has a certain significance in the field of early childhood music education.The first three chapters are mainly done related to the discussion about the research background, the research goal and the significance and innovations of the study; in addition to the definition of the concept, related research content about this field at home and abroad, the existing problems; and the research method, research object, research the selection of research tools made some analysis.The fourth chapter mainly shows the main results of the study. Studies have shown that the kindergarten parents in family music education present situation is not very good, parents do not aware of parental involvement in education the necessity, parents in children music education is mainly invested a lot of money, but their parents did not play an educational role, to accompany their children to learn music. Parents in the creation of the music environment for children to learn and guide the way to participate in the way there are still a lot of problems, but the enthusiasm of parents is not high. In addition through the typical analysis, education, their musical quality, for children in the field of music development have expectations will influence of parents in the family music education in. Generally speaking, the higher the position, the higher education, the music quality is relatively high, the children in the field of music development of the parents to participate in the family music education initiative significantly improved.The fifth chapter is mainly aimed at promoting parents to actively participate in the children’s family music education effective strategy to carry on the research. Mainly includes the following four aspects. First deepen understanding of parents’ participation in the importance of family music education; the second is to improve their musical quality and consciousness to enhance the ability of music; the third is mining the value education itself, take the initiative to participate in family music education; the fourth is increased energy and material inputs, to create a good atmosphere for learning music.
