This research mainly based on the current status and problems of China’s football for the blind in question has carried on the systematic carding, through investigating the inherent characteristics of football for the blind, the blind football development present situation, the blind football organization and management, to the following conclusion:1. The football for the blind due to project late in our country, the previous paralympic games result showed that China’s overall level of football for the blind in the position of the second group in the world. 2.Most of players in Chinese blind football players are men; Chinese National Team has a reasonable age structure; the players’heights are short, weights are light, lack of antagonism; the player’s education background is not higher; training years for the players are short; the players have loneliness, low self-esteem, a sense of mistrust. 3. Staff shortages existing in Chinese football coaches for the blind, blind football coach of provinces and cities, mainly from blind teachers at all levels, lack of professionalism, a few professional football coaches from part-time engaged in football training for the blind, but the longest not more than 9 years.4. The economic factors impact on the development of our country’s football for the blind. Disabled persons’ federation of provinces and cities, the blind football training and competing funds originate from special sports funds, no other funds to support team. Due to lack of funds, teams are generally in the temporary training, training time is short, the lack of a system specification training for a long time. At the same time, the blind football training need to set the baffle around the site, the shortage of funds for the provinces and cities in the aspect of the project and organization popular cycle training to produce the effect of constraints.5. Chinese blind football is in its early development stages, mainly rely on the government departments to support, led by the China Disabled Person Federation, meantime got the necessary support from General Administration of Sport and Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
