Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of High-level Football Team Construction In Colleges And Universities In Guangdong Province

With the passage of time and the development of society,the college sports system reform has gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society,which also brings new opportunities for the establishment of high-level football teams in colleges and universities.Football talent cultivation in higher education institutions,to strengthen the construction of the football team is our country’s higher education and the important practice of combining soccer program in guangdong province in the 1990 s have started school football reform,after more than 30 years of experience,has obtained a certain construction achievements,but in practice there is also a need to further explore and deal with problems.In this paper,with reference to 2022,the Ministry of Education issued "on the management of construction of high level sports teams in common colleges and universities should be strengthened guidance",and combined with the current development status of high level football team in guangdong province,found that there were problems,and according to the actual development and the needs of the football project promotion,the construction of relevant improvement strategies are put forward.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,logical sorting and so on,and investigates the current situation of high-level football team construction in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province by referring to the Evaluation Index System of High-level Sports Team Construction Projects.From the organization and leadership,team management,coaches,team construction,condition guarantee,teaching and training effect five aspects analysis investigation,it is concluded that the construction problems embodied in:single recruitment channels,quality is not high,coaches,professional level is not high,to improve scientific research level,insufficient funds,lack of sources,outstanding contradictions between learning and fewer entries.And the outstanding problems are analyzed,formulate reasonable development countermeasures,including: smooth recruitment channel,improve the quality of talent training,optimize the coach team,introduce the coach with professional team experience,increase the investment of funds,broaden the source of funds,resolve the contradiction between learning and training,increase high-level football matches.Through the research,it provides guidance for improving the high-level football level and construction of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.
