At present, our chemical experimental teaching is an inflexible "step-wise" mode; in addition the system of evaluation of chemical experimental ability is defective. This study has carried out the chemical experimental teaching, as well combines the standards of scientific argumentation and the competence of chemical experiment. The introduction of scientific argumentation in scientific education will promote the development of scientific inquiry and cultivate students’scientific literacy.This study has five parts to research the chemical experimental teaching based on scientific argumentation. The first part is literature review. Through summary of studies home and abroad, study content, value and questions have been determined. In the meanwhile, the competence of scientific argumentation and the competence of chemical experiment are clearly defined. In the second part, the research project, it concisely generalizes textual object, tools, method and process. In the third part, through theoretical framework formed and test tools developed, it establishes evaluation framework of chemical experiment and scoring standard, in addition to the use of test tools and assessment methodology. Five dimensions constitute evaluation framework of chemical experiment, which concluded chemical knowledge, experimental design, experimental operation, scientific argumentation as well as experimental evaluation. The fourth part is the empirical study of teaching intervention. It briefly illustrates textual experimental teaching process, in the meanwhile, it emphatically prints out two important researches, including the competence of scientific argumentation, and the competence of chemical experiment. The last part summarizes the research conclusion, which the influence of the experimental instruction based on scientific argumentation of scientific argumentation ability and chemical experimental ability.The study finds experimental instruction based on scientific argumentation can improve scientific argumentation ability and chemical experimental ability. It have influenced scientific argumentation most in this study, and changed obviously. Then it has a significant impact on experimental operation and experimental evaluation.
