Composition commentaries are the written opinions and instructions of Chinese teachers in primary schools on the compositions of students in Phase II and Phase III studying period. The commentaries can conduct students’ writing skills, educate their moral qualities, and build up a communication bridge between students and teachers. However, in practical teaching, composition commentaries do not give full play to its due role, because there are many problems in composition commentaries.This study takes the part of primary school in Jinzhou city as the research object, and employs literature research method, questionnaire method and interviewing method. The paper includes four parts. The first part conducts statistics on questionnaires in aspects of basic understanding on composition commentaries, basic conditions on commentary writing, written style of composition commentaries and some other aspects. The second part, according to survey statistics and case analysis, puts forward the problems in teachers’ written commentaries. The third part summarizes several reasons in the perspective of teachers: teachers do not attach much importance to written commentaries, teachers lack in reasonable schedule, they are weak in writing commentaries. The fourth part is the key part of the paper. On the basis of the above reasons, the paper puts forward comprehensive optimizing strategies. Firstly, teachers shall improve professional understanding on composition commentaries and manage their own time efficiently. Secondly, teachers shall set themselves as examples to students, standardize writing styles, acquire appraisal standards, and master basic writing skills of commentaries. At last, teachers shall flexibly use multiple evaluation methods and pay more attention to the multi-elements and interaction of evaluation subjects.The paper analyzes the optimizing strategies of written commentaries in primary school students’ compositions from the perspective of teachers which is hoped to improve the quality of commentaries and promote virtuous circle of compositions teaching. |
