The review of physical experiment is one of the important part of Physics Teaching in senior high school. In order to improve the effect of the three experimental study, the author conducted the practice research to achieve better results. The new curriculum reform requires changing the traditional teaching methods, promote students’autonomous learning, the use of inquiry teaching mode, the discovery of teaching methods, teaching organization form of group cooperation, improve students’ability of autonomous learning and stimulate students’learning interest. At the same time, in the practice of research, using the experimental integration method, the experiment will be carried out in three levels:first level integration, integration of basic requirements; second level integration, integrated content approach; third level integration, integration and development of application.This article from the following this article from the high school physics experiment teaching present situation, combined with the interview questionnaire survey and other research methods, investigation and demonstration in the senior middle school physics experiment teaching problems, and the existing problems were analyzed, and strive to find the root of the problem. At the same time, the characteristics of the senior high school physics experiments were combined with the experimental method. The experimental results were analyzed and the results were good.
