Teachers’ teaching styles are teacher’s comprehensive performance,who abide by the law of teaching consciously in the guidance of scientific theory system,keep learning,exploring and innovation in the teaching practice,master each link in the classroom teaching,adhere to their own personality and teach content with art processing,and form unique and stable teaching style and teaching charm,which is very popular with the students.The research of Teachers’ teaching styles has its realistic demand.It is the mature performance of the professional development of teachers.And it is able to meet the needs of social competition and the deepening of educational reform,which go with students’ learning style.Studying on the teaching style is based on mastering new trend of education teaching,is based on expanding the teaching theory,and is the development of teaching style.This study is a theoretical preparation for teaching style theory,which as an independent discipline that can be quickly perfected and matured.The most important practical significance is to promote the development of teachers’ personality and improve the team in South of XinJiang.On the basis of the concept,characteristics,types and formation path of teaching style,this paper establishes the subject of the research is "the formation of excellent teachers’ teaching style".The study is based on Investigation study of related knowledge cognition of secondary school teachers’ teaching style,which include teachers’ basic understanding of style,the performance of the teaching style,and teachers expect what external forces to help.Through investigation and survey,analyzing the factors which affect the teaching style of the teacher.Based on the investigation of the group,looking for excellent teachers as the research object.The author has found the typical excellent teachers(2 Chinese language teachers,2 Chinese teacher,2 math teachers,1 physics teacher) with those conditions to carry on the deep interview,to understand these teachers is how to become a good teacher,what efforts have been done in the process of forming the teaching style.The author analyzes and summarizes the record of the interview.Then,analyzes each teacher’s personality style,and sums up their common substrate quality.Finally,this study tried to combine the results of the survey and interview to analyze the factors that influence the formation of teaching style.The external cause includes time characteristic,education policy,subject knowledge,the characteristics of students and forces of thegroup.The internal cause includes teacher’s personality,positive attitude,high-level of teaching ability an superb teaching art.According to these factors,the author proposes the corresponding way.For one thing,teacher’s self-development,which proceed from the four aspects: intention,consciousness,knowledge and practice.For another thing,educational institutions should create a favorable environment of educational policy,educational training;the school should create a democratic campus culture,build a exchange platform,expand the exchange domain of teachers,respect the diversity of teacher development,execute efficient school-based training,establish a perfect style of diagnosis.These paths are presented in order to provide a reference for the region to provide more teachers.Driven by external force,teachers take the initiative to the best,only by doing so can we contribute to the development of education in Xinjiang.
