At present, the researches have mainly focused on well-beingin the well-being theory construction, the factors affecting well-beingand well-being of measurement, while the study about status of ruraljunior high school teacher professional well-being, and promotion offactors is short.The paper considered the rural junior middle school teachers as theobject of study. On the one hand, it makes research on the status ofoccupational well-being of rural junior middle school teachers aquestionnaire survey and makes comparison with urban middle schoolteachers to analyze the current situation of rural junior high schoolteacher professional well-being levels. Based on survey research, thelevel rural junior high school teacher professional well-being is not high,it is far lower than that of the city junior high school teacher. Causes ofrural junior high school teacher professional well-being lower primarilyfrom following reasons: first the teachers themselves, includingeducational concept, physical and mental health, professional level,interpersonal status and income level; second family factors, includefamily stability and family support; third school factors, including classsize arrangements and educational atmosphere.Based on the other hand, the study makes on rural junior high school administrators and teachers makes further analysis of the factors whichaffect rural junior high school teacher professional well-being. Based oncase studies interviews, the factors that affect rural junior high schoolteacher professional well-being are as follows, First, the income level ofthe teachers, a basic salary, performance pay and other benefits in threeareas; Second, work pressure; Third, the school management; Fourth,education the competent authorities; Fifth it is the social environment;Sixth, there are other factors, such as the concept of aspects of studentlearning.Finally, through sorting out the relevant literature about teacherhappiness, makes questionnaires and interviews on rural junior highschool teacher, and do the cases to investigate the current status of ruraljunior high school teacher professional well-being and compare thedifference between rural junior middle school professional well-being andthat of urban teachers, analyze the factors that affect rural junior highschool teacher professional well-being, this paper gets the relationshipbetween their daily life and work and gets the following path to improveteachers’ professional well-being levels: First, the teachers themselvesand family level; Second, the school level; Third, education authoritiesand the social level.
