Marxist theory on man’s all-round development is the selection of various types of talents in universities. Comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination is an important means of selecting talents in colleges and universities, It plays an important role of guiding and directing in basic education.Meanwhile, research and analysis on comprehensive evaluation sys-tem of college entrance examination form can enrich Marxist theory of human’s all-round development, comprehensively promote quality education. It is of great practical significance. Evaluation of college entrance examination is not absolute. It is from the development process of unification to integration. It can evaluate students objectively, efficiently, and accurately. Appli-cation of comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination promotes higher education to improve. For better, It plays an important role for more scientific management edu-cation, an accurate grasp of the future of education, and less errors.Based on the theory of human’s all-round development perspective, firstly, this paper intro-duces systematically the content, standards, methods of comprehensive evaluation of exam and focuses on explaining the relationship of the comprehensive evaluation system of college en-trance examination and people’s all-round development theory and explains. Then, by reviewing the development history of China’s college entrance examination system, we summarize histori-cal experience of university entrance examination system, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination, put for-ward some preliminary thinking for further development of comprehensive assessment system of college entrance examination in China. Having compared the approaches of the comprehensive evaluation of entrance examination in and out of our country, we analysis the system of compre-hensive evaluation of college entrance examination both at home and abroad based on actual conditions. We propose enlightenment and strategies on the comprehensive evaluation of en-trance examination by analyzing typical cases.From studying the connotations of Evaluation, Education evaluation, Examination evalua- tion and Comprehensive evaluation of entrance examination step by step, this paper states the Meaning, Function, Basic Content and Significance of Comprehensive evaluation of entrance examination holistically. According to the Marxist theories on human overall development, Sys-tem engineering theory and Education appraisal theory, we adopt the method of Multiple Participation, Multiple evaluation and Multidimensional Evaluation in order to get a scientific evaluation method. At the end of the article, we discuss the effective application of the results of the Comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination.
