Creative play, which came from the educational dramas, are gaining increasing attention in pre-school education. Compared with the traditional theater play, creative drama is flexible and rich in form, it is not limited to the script performances, it focuses on early childhood experience in the process. Through various forms of creative play, children will be placed in a natural, relaxed "hypothetical reality" i so that children can vent their emotions of their own and others, they can ponder emotional expression and emotional changes, and learn how to improve emotional competence through the process of real-life situations. This article includes the following sections:Chapter 1 is the introduction. This part expounds the reason, significance of the topic, purpose and contents, literature review, research ideas and research methods.Chapter 2 is the summary of creative drama. This section defines the concept of creative drama, analyzes on the factors of creative drama, reviewed the development of creative drama history.Chapter 3 mainly discusses the relationship between creative drama and children’s emotion ability development. This chapter discusses the connotation and function of the ability of children’s emotion. Through the analysis of the emotional course of foreign typical, it summarizes some experience in children’s emotion education. On this basis, the Dewey progressive education thought and constructivism theory, social learning theory and the way to promote the development of children’s emotion ability, are analyzed.Chapter 4 is the core part of this article. From the perspective of schools, teachers, It puts forward methods of creating a relaxed atmosphere, improving teachers’ emotion accomplishment and teaching skills, and providing comprehensive support for kindergarten strategy, offering emotional drama courses, doing creative drama in the family, putting creative dramas into the kindergarten activities and combining creative drama and other courses.Chapter 5 is the concluding part, summarizing the research results of this study, the research of the deficiencies and the prospect of research.
