The Researchon Deng Xiaoping’s View Of Youth And Thetalent Educationof College Students

As the hope of our motherland and the future of a nation, the college students are an excellent group of young people. They shoulder the historical responsibility of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The growth of young college students has great relation with future prosperity and development of our country. Deng Xiaoping attaches great importance to youth education, and he has a series of brilliant expositions of fostering what kind of youth, how to train young people which formed a relatively systematic concept of youth. This plays an important role in guiding the development of talent education, directs for the development process of Chinese college students, and also provides theoretical support for it.On the basis of carding related concepts, the text taking the relationship between the talent education for college students and Deng Xiaoping’s View of Youth as a starting point, and carefully analyze the intrinsic link between the two; find out the existing shortcomings by the investigation and analysis of Deng Xiaoping View of Youth advancing talent education of college students; and finally put forward the countermeasures in order to solve these problems.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the research background, summary of the current research situation at home and abroad on Deng Xiaoping’s View of Youth and talent education of college students. And finally it presents the basic ideas and the main research methods of this study.The second chapter is the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the research of Deng Xiaoping View of Youth and talent education of college students. On the basis of inheriting and developing youth view of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping’s View of Youth is the fundamental point of views and attitudes of how to treat young people, how to evaluate the roles and the status of young people and how to nurture the healthy growth of young people. Talent education is a kind of education to guide students becoming a useful person through letting college students master the law and relevant knowledge and make more scientific life planning and taught design more consciously. The theoretical basis are Marxist research on human comprehensive development theory, the theoretical system of ideological and political education, human resource development and personnel theory.We summarized the main contents of Deng Xiaoping’s View of Youth and talent education of college students by using literature study ways in the third chapter.
