In the background of development of reforming and opening-up of the society, the environment is becoming more and more complicated. The college students’ outlook on the life and the values are impacted by the bad phenomenon and values on the society. Nowadays, college students’ problem behavior shows a tendency of multiple high incidence on campus, which has caused certain disturbance and destruction on the teaching activities and campus environment, as well as the growth and development of college students themselves. ”The National Medium and Long-term Program for Education Reform and Development”(2010-2020) puts forward the strategic theme which insists on morality, ability, and comprehensive development. Put the cultivating students with moral at the most important position Thus, it is extremely important and urgent mission in colleges and universities to improve the students ideological and moral, to govern their bad behaviors effectively, quality, and to guide them to develop healthily and entirely.This paper is on the basis of previous research results, combing with authors own campus life experience and adopting the research method of questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis. First, it summarizes the common and typical problem behavior made by college students on campus. Second, it analyzes the reasons of the bad behavior from five aspects of students themselves, families, demonstration, colleges ideological and political education, Social influence and network effect. Third, it puts forward the countermeasures in solving the problem behaviors. This study aims to provide a reference to the educators in colleges and universities about comprehending the students’ problem behavior on campus reasonably, grasping the methods of ideological and political education to fight against the problem behaviors on campus effectively.The basic structure and content are as follows:The first part is the general theory about the ideological and political education, college students’ ideological and political education, bad behavior, college campus bad behavior and the ideological and political education in college students the role of campus bad behavior management.The second part is the presentation of contemporary college students’ problem behaviors on campus.
