Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Rule Of Law Education In Colleges And Universities

Era in the development, social progress, the status of the law is higher and higher, under the current complex social background, the realization of the rule of law is the consensus of the whole society, and also the proper meaning of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. But the construction of the rule of law still need a long way to go, faced with many problems and challenges,and the rule of law education in colleges and universities plays a key role in the realization of the rule of law. Therefore, the state and schools should attach great importance to the rule of law education.Simply said, the rule of law education in colleges and universities is that colleges and universities popularize the legal knowledge to the college students,especially to the non legal professional college students, and to cultivate legal awareness, and ultimately make college students to establish the correct legal beliefs.
