Reasearch purpose:Based on the men’s football instep play in private action under the three-dimensiomel view of analysis, establish whole body kinematics model(swinging leg,supporting leg, body,head);Use of 3D motion capture system and high-speed caneras synchronization analysis method, the selected inside of the instep football action the kinematics parameters of related parts in the body, kinematics analysis was carried out on the selected action parameters and processing;Reveal the inside of the instep kicking action body kinematics characteristics of each ink; Trying to build inside of the instep play kinematics evaluation standard and evaluation system.This paper, based on the perspective of the human body, the 3D motion capture system and high-speed cameras synchronization analysis, kimematics analysis was carried out on the inside of the instep footballer action. First of all, a comprehensive understanding for us to play inside of thr instep, improve the quality of football teaching and training, as well as to the quantitative evaluation of the activity is of important theoretical signficance and application value;Secondly, this article research results can provide reference for subsequent research, to help coaches and scientific researchers more scientific and reasonable training plans and training methods; Finally, from the Angle of methodology, the kinematics quantitative evaluation techniques for different sports provides references and examples.According to the need of the research content, in order to 10 men’s soccer players as experimental object, respectively, the 10 players are divided into two groups, a group ofprofessional, football level for more than a national level athletes, veteran more than 10 years,the advantages foot are the right foot, a total of five;A group of non-professional, football sports amateur, veteran more than 10 years, the advantage foot are the right foot. Participants use inside of the instep football technology, divided into different stages of play, application of sports biomachanics experimental methods and means, the same kinematic parameters selected, quantify the selected indicators, quantitative analysis of two groups of a group,analyze the two groups of athletes to play the similarities and differences between technical movement.Getting the following conclusions through the analysis:(1) The phase of kicking leg swing:Professional athletes play in the leg in place after the process of place time is less than non-professional group of athletes, professional athletes generally show, thigh swing time is less than the lower leg after time characteristics of the pendulum; On the contrary, for professional athletes in the process of the top leg before playing pendulum swing time is less than non-professional group, the overall performance for professional athletes, thigh pendulum swing time is greater than the calf before the time of occupancy characteristics.(2) For professional athletes leg swing phase are placed in the front and back, thigh and shank of the swinging leg amplitude is greater than the amplitude characteristics of the non-professional athletes swing. Play leg reasonable oscillation amplitude, can improve the leg swing speed at different times, the quality of the ball must, hitting the power and speed of the effect also will increase due to thr speed of the swinging.(3) For professional athletes play legs placed in the front and back stage, the speed of the swimg leg are less than the speed of the lower leg swing speed characteristics, on the other hand, the professional athletes play leg speed in the process of back and forth, leg swing speed is greater than the thigh swing speed characteristics.(4) In the vertial axis swing speed and professional athletes play in football in sagittal axis of speed characteristic is the same. For professional athletes play kicking leg swing speed,average acceleration were greater than non-professional group of athletes.(5) For professional athletes ankle in the forshead of shaft angular velocity is less than the nonathletes.(6) Non-professional athletes leg angle of angular velocity is lower than professional athletes, there are signficant differences, because the non-professional athletes compared to professional athletes after his muscle movement, cause lack of active muscle contraction phenomenon is particularly serious, and after leg swing angular velocity will be less than professional athletes.(7) For professional athletes outreach or arm addution angle, angular speed is fast, is to be prepared for the body to gain greater release tension, the effect of this shot is more fasterand power.
