| Research purposes: This study uses the three-dimensional high-speed image shoo ting system and the surface electromyography acquisition system to test the technique of kicking the banana ball on the inside of the foot of the football men’s second-level a thletes,analyzes the four stages of players’ kicking the banana ball on the inside of the foot,and explores the kinematic characteristics and the electromyographic characteris tics of the technical action of kicking the banana ball on the inside of the football foot,so as to help people in the future sports teaching and training,Provide preliminary the oretical basis and practical basis.Research methods: 1.Literature method: collect literature related to this study.2.Experimental method:(1)Research object: 8 second-level football players from Xi’an Institute of Physical Education were recruited as the research object.(2)Specific test plan: the tester uses the preparation position to be in the designated position,and after the staff signs,kicks the ball into the goal frame.The staff records the complete move ment process of the subject in the four stages of kicking and stretching stage,back swi ng stage,forward swing stage,and touch stage.(3)Test data collection and data analy sis: after the mobilization is ready,the kinematics and myoelectricity information coll ection is carried out synchronously by using 3D high-speed photography(100Hz)and synchronous electromyography(2000Hz),the information collected by kinematics is analyzed by using SIMIMOTION kinematics analysis software,the myoelectricity dat a is analyzed by using EMG analysis software MEGAWIN,and the data of each joint is analyzed.There are 17 points in total,Analyze the surface EMG root mean square a mplitude change(RMS),surface area EMG value(IEMG),contribution rate,activatio n order and other EMG indexes during human movement,analyze the kinematic index es of human movement such as time,joint angle,speed,body center of gravity,etc.3.Mathematical statistics: select the required data and use Excel and SPSS26 system to calculate the average value and standard deviationResearch results:(1)During the kicking and stretching stage,the average time spent by 8 football players kicking a banana ball with their inner feet was 0.25 ± 0.08 s.The average hip j oint angle was 146.09 ± 13.29 °,and the average angular velocity was-188.78 ± 46.21 °/s.The average knee joint angle was 151.65 ± 8.98 °,and the average angular veloc ity was-244 ± 140.17 °/s.The average ankle angle was 122.83 ± 14.33 °,and the ave rage angular velocity was 347.51 ± 165.68 °/s.According to the observation of electro myography data,the average value of the anterior tibial muscle at this stage is 148.62± 48.99 u V,the average value of the extensor digitorum longus muscle is 172.25 ± 42.23 u V,and the average value of the rectus femoris muscle is 77.25 ± 10.89 u V,indicat ing that during the pedal extension stage,the discharge levels of the extensor digitoru m longus and the anterior tibial muscle are relatively strong.(2)In the backswing stage,the average time spent by eight football players was 0.13 ± 0.04 s,with no significant difference overall.The average hip joint angle was 140.54 ± 9.40 °,and the average angular velocity was 180.05 ± 81.47 °/s.The average kne e joint angle was 95.95 ± 16.02 °,and the angular velocity was-387.32 ±-159.49 °/s.The average ankle angle is 129.11 ± 15.99 °,and the angular velocity is-75.06 ± 34.84 °/s.According to the measurement of surface EMG root mean square amplitude valu e at this stage,the average value of internal femoral muscle is 265 ± 141.73 u V,the av erage value of external femoral muscle is 275.20 ± 195.85 u V,and the average value o f rectus femoris is 72.20 ± 12.54 u V,indicating that the discharge level of external fem oral muscle and internal femoral muscle is relatively strong during the backswing stag e(3)In the forward swing stage,the average time spent by eight football players w as 0.09 ± 0.01 s,with a small overall time difference.The average hip joint angle is 160.69 ± 10.62 °,the average angular velocity is 187.54 ± 118.43 °/s,the average knee j oint angle is 121.90 ± 12.26 °,the average angular velocity is 1049.55 ± 274.64 °/s,th e average ankle joint angle is 115.16 ± 8.95 °,and the average angular velocity is 420.60 ± 41.37 °/s.According to the measurement of surface EMG root mean square ampl itude value at this stage,the mean value of gastrocnemius muscle is 338.6 ± 12.48 u V,the mean value of external femoral muscle is 314 ± 11.84 u V,and the mean value of e xternal oblique muscle of upper limb is 51.00 ± 2.00 u V,with the most significant dis charge levels of external femoral muscle and gastrocnemius muscle.(4)In the contact stage,8 football players are basically equal to 0.02 s.In addition to Liu,it took 0.1s.The contact time is the shortest among all the technical movement s,which is related to the complexity of movements.At this stage,the discharge activit y level was the strongest,especially in gastrocnemius muscle.Research conclusion:(1)When a second level football player touches the ball,the angle between the b all and the foot forms a sharp angle,making it more reasonable to touch the ball.(2)When a second level football player touches the ball,the position of the touc h on the lower right back side is more conducive to ensuring the quality of the shot.T he scoring area is mostly located above the far right side of the goal.(3)When touching the ball,the foot needs to reach a high speed,which can ensu re the emergence of Magnus effect,ensure the radian and height of the ball flying and effectively avoid the human wall.(4)At ball touching stage,gastrocnemius muscle,tibialis anterior muscle and ext ensor digitorum longus had the highest contribution rate and the longest duration,play ing a great role;The order of muscle activation is basically the same.The external obli que abdominis,gastrocnemius muscle,tibialis anterior,and extensor digitorum longus are the first to activate,and then the external thigh,rectus femoris,and internal thigh muscles are activated. |
