For more than a decade, it has had a vigorous new curriculum reform. But at the same time most people ignore the most important point that classroom is the most important place in which students obtain knowledge and teachers begin their teaching careers. However, the disruption and other problems in class have made many teachers lose their passion and the classroom management problems indeed cause many teachers so much worry nowadays. This paper will apply the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, observation to investigate the classroom management condition of A primary school by choosing both the students and teachers of A primary school in Harbin and find out the issues, then make a deep analysis of the causes to put forward some available strategies for many teachers in class.This paper is consist of four parts.At first, research background, methodology, the aims and significance of research, some relative definitions, literature review and some relative theories are introduced. Then, the second part is the center of this paper, which makes a clear perspective on the classroom management problems of A Primary School. This part introduces the aims. objects of research and finds out the results of investigation through the methods of interview, questionnaire, observation, and the factor analysis approach. The third part concludes some problems and the causes of these classroom management problems of School A from macroscopic and microscopic view. The last part is about some practical strategies to solve these classroom management issues from four perspectives of teachers’ professional development, the rules building of class, improvement of class environment and students’ self-management ability.
