Normal colleges and universities sports professional course is to cultivate the future sports teachers teaching ability and the comprehensive quality of important means, through all kinds of physical education curriculum teaching to achieve the goal of physical education teachers professional requirements. Aerobics course as the important content of the course construction of physical education speciality in its status and the demand is higher and higher. Aerobics teaching mode, however, produced by a single, boring, boring learning experience with a huge contrast. Therefore, the reform of sports colleges and universities aerobics teaching mode is imperative. Happy sports thought in the related concept and teaching model of professional sports aerobics course of negative emotional experience. Happy aerobics course teaching pattern is rich in more elements, for aerobics curriculum reform has important practical significance.In this paper, it is on the basis of related research, professional sports aerobics course in normal colleges and universities teaching model as the foundation, with happy aerobics teaching mode as the research object, in changchun normal university as the investigation object, the integrated use of literature, expert interview method, comparative analytic method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and statistical methods such as the study happy sports colleges and universities aerobics teaching mode, the results are as follows:Compared with the traditional calisthenics teaching modes, happy aerobics teaching mode in the happy experience, students’ development, the lifelong sports culture and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students have their own advantages and characteristics; Happy aerobics teaching mode in the student body, aerobics special skills and innovation skills, psychological cognitive level is superior to the traditional calisthenics teaching mode, has no significant difference in addition to the physical ability to sense, other differences are significant or very significant meaning, especially the differences of learning pleasure particularly evident; Happy the model of aerobics teaching must pay attention to the experience and knowledge learning in parallel, cheerful atmosphere creation and curriculum standards, guided by multiple teaching idea; There should be a choice to inherit the advantages of traditional calisthenics teaching mode, happy attaches great importance to the meaning of the aerobics course teaching mode applied, aerobics courses that students aerobics knowledge skills and psychological experience, cognitive direction of balanced development, requirement to adapt to the physical education teachers, the happy aerobics teaching model to their own class.
