The China is in the process of socialist modernization, and civic education influence citizenship and social development with the construction of the rule of law.College students are an important group of citizens, and they are the backbone of the future of the country.To explore the ideological and political education into public education is conducive to all-round development of students’ quality and the building of socialist democracy and the rule of lawd and beneficial to the practice of socialist core values.The cultivation of College Students’ citizen quality is a basis for the construction of a harmonious society.This paper is divided into five parts.
