Research On Practical Education Countermeasures Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education

At present,the practical education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has drawn much attention from all walks of life.Education is the activity of cultivating people,and practical education is closely related to the essence of higher education in China.Young people in the new era shoulder the mission and responsibility of socialist construction.College students,as a new generation of strength,determine the future of the country and the nation with their ideological and political quality.Paper from the end of the shallow,aware that this matter to practice,social practice ability for the growth of college students has a crucial role,college students practice ability directly affects their life into the society and employment situation.The employment of college students is a major problem facing the whole country,so colleges and universities in the face of this situation,not only to innovate the way of education,actively study the social practice of college students in the new era of education work,to further promote the comprehensive development of college students,but also to shoulder the social responsibility,continuously output useful talents to the society.The theoretical learning of ideological and political education for college students should not be confined to books and remain in the level of brain memory,but should be applied in practice.In this paper,questionnaire survey is adopted in the research process,questionnaires are distributed to several representative universities,and the current situation of practical education of college students is understood through the form of communication and interview.Through the integration of survey data and data collected and analyzed,the current situation of social practice education of college students is deeply understood,and the main problems of social practice education of college students are discovered.The underlying reasons behind the problems are explored,and the approaches and methods to solve the problems are found.This paper consists of four parts: the first part,based on the background of The Times,clarifies the basis and significance of the topic,carefully analyzes the existing research results of the topic,makes a research summary from both domestic and foreign aspects,and smoothes the research ideas of the whole paper.The second part is a theoretical overview of the practical education of college students' ideological and political education.This paper briefly summarizes the theoretical support points of this paper from three perspectives: the basic principles of marxism,the principles of ideological and political pedagogy,and pedagogy.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of practical education in colleges and universities,mainly on the basis of questionnaire survey and interview,to affirm the achievements of social practice education of college students,but also to see the main problems in the process of practical education of college students,in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems and put forward reasonable Suggestions.The fourth part is countermeasure research.This paper puts forward the following solutions to the problems existing in the social practice education of college students: firstly,change the idea of subject and object,and enhance the importance of practical education.Secondly,strengthen the incentive system for educators and educatees to stimulate the vitality of practical education.Third,the integration of multiple forces to promote its coordinated development.Fourth,improve the level of practical education work,do a good job in security work.Fifthly,strengthen the management of evaluation and realize its educational function.
