The economic research of modern economics based on three basic hypotheses. One of them is the infinite rationality which is the base of the game theory. In the recent decades of behavioral economics’rising, experimental studies indicate that the existence of unconditional rationality depends on very strict conditions and belief, emotion, culture even the different rivals will have impacts on proposers. Thus studies based on the infinite rationality has the theoretical significance, we focus on the other side of the picture-altruism whose existence is justified by lots of experiments. As altruism can enhance individual happiness and living levels, the study of altruism is important. Biological chemistry and social psychology also prefer this issue. We explored altruism under the disadvantaged situation and the the voice and the exposure’s relation of altruism. We recruited 243 volunteers in the campus of Shandong University. According to international standards, we designed whole experiments to ensure results effective. The participants were divided into 4 groups: DG, EG, VG and VE. Each group is based on the classic dictator game and median is the standard of fair share except the first group. After each experiment, all the participants will finish questionnaire to collect information and experimental feedback. We use STATA to test these results. The non-parametric test proved that voice can improve the disadvantaged students’altruism and exposure has two opposite effects: receivers with no exposure will act more generously and others with exposure will share less. We make further discussion and find that exposure and voice can influence participants’fairness. This may give rise to the generosity or the mean. And other factors such as gender, age, major, South and North differences, ethnic groups, party members, the majority’s choice have no significant differences.
