Vocational education is also known as vocational and technical education, it is one of the four types of education include basic education, higher education and adult education parallel. However, expanding the scale of vocational education, and expanding enrollment in vocational schools and vocational growing number of schools bring students face employment pressure is growing, while the employment rate of good or bad will depend school Students are in school learning and hard work, solid accumulation of knowledge, we learned some excellent technology. And student achievement is good or bad except for school science education, different family regulatory role played by parents is also very important. So the study of family factors of different families and student learning behavior if there is some kind of association is of great significance.At present, the professional quality of education and research is relatively widespread, but a more detailed study of the factors which affect specific about the family of the student’s learning behavior and rare, which students study the impact of technical schools more less. Therefore, these article technical school students to study investigate how family factors affect student’s learning behavior. Scientific research shows that: family factors on factors affecting student learning there are many, such as family environment, parental education, parental management education, family structure, socioeconomic status families and so on. So how these factors affect students? Degree of impact and how? This article focuses on doing some research on these aspects. Through this school classmates questionnaire forms part of family factors in the various factors affecting student achievement on quantitative analysis to arrive at the main factors, namely family economic conditions, family composition structure, parental education level, parental relationship, parent-child relationship. Then according to factors caused by differences in the distribution of individual results, summed up their specific characteristics, analyze the reasons, to understand their problems, give a reasonable and effective solution. Thus how to establish a link between family education and vocational education to make some suggestions and strategies to strengthen ties between parents and school exchanges to improve the inappropriate teaching methods, develop a reasonable and friendly teaching management responsibility, so that teachers in the actual teaching process targeted; to help parents create a good family atmosphere as the goal, to give students a harmonious and friendly learning environment. Thus in improving student achievement while strengthening education and management of schools and students, between parents and children, and thus play a guiding role for the aspects of technical school students’ learning behavior, overall quality of training and the like.
