On The Management Of Social Sports Instructor In Zhang Jiagang

With the development of economy and the society, people’s living standard improved, the residents’ sports consciousness and their fitness demand are also increasing. Residents participating in physical exercise need the guidance of science fitness method, so constructing and cultivating high quality social sports instructors’ team, forming stable and completed management system, in order to serve the needs of citizens sports, are one of the important problems of China’s social reform and development.The paper analysis on the status of the construction and management of the social sports instructors in Zhang jiagang, basis on the current situation of the social sports instructors management in the domestic and foreign, according to the new public service theory and the system theory, using literature, empirical analysis and normative analysis methods. The results showed that, the social sports instructors team construction work currently have been launched into an orderly in Zhang jiagang, and the organization network constructions have been formed, the management system and the check-up system have gradually completed. But there are still have many problems in management, such as staffing unreasonable,management regulations are imperfect, institutions are not perfect, the less professional knowledge and skills, the lack of funding support and the services are not active. The reasons are government services lag behind the needs of society, the objective of security constraints, lack of collaborative management of the whole society, the lack of systematic management mechanism, overly formal training system and so on. Generally, Zhangjiagang social sports instructor management system which lack of system management is not perfect,On this basis, this paper puts forward the system of the social sports instructors’ management system, including the construction management, job security, service delivery and evaluation system. This paper consider the system reflect a high degree of standardization, scientific and systematic in concrete work and enhance the level of the social sports instructors’ work efficiency and guidance. This paper also put forward to strengthen the government’s attention and support, increase investment in the economy, optimize the structure of social sports instructors team, widen the channel of the training and exchanging,sound the service system,set up the communication platform for the social sports instructors,and formulate the feasible evaluation index system and so on,in order to advance and guide the social sports instructors team to move forward along the scientific, reasonable and effective orientation, and then promoting the prosperity of the social sports cause in Zhang jiagang.
