The Construction And Empirical Study Of The Service Standard System Of Social Sports Instructors In Xi’an

In 2022,the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Xi’an’s Public Service System" clearly states that the quality of public service supply should be improved,so as to standardize the service level,enrich the service content,and increase high-quality resources.As front-line personnel guiding the scientific fitness of the masses,social sports instructors play a major role in organizing sports activities,teaching exercise methods,and leading a healthy lifestyle.At present,the source channels of the social sports instructor team in Xi’an are narrow,and there is no standard constraint on the post,and it is difficult to play the basic role of social sports instructor.In order to meet the increasingly diversified fitness needs of the masses and improve the status of social sports instructors in the field of mass awareness;The establishment of the service standard system for social sports instructors in Xi’an provides service standards for them,which is conducive to improving the level of public sports services and promoting the equal development of sports services.This paper takes the service standard system of social sports instructors in Xi’an as the research object,and explores the feasibility and necessity factors of the social sports instructor service standard system in Xi’an through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy.At the same time,the data obtained from the expert questionnaire survey were summarized and analyzed,and the following conclusions were finally drawn:(1)According to the national documents on the service standard system of social sports instructors,follow the principles of objective,applicability,legality and systematic,design the three levels of the service standard system of social sports instructors in Xi’an: element layer,practice layer and evaluation layer,and establish a structural framework.According to the specific situation of Xi’an,the service standards of social sports instructors were improved,and the 32 standard indicators of the standard system were analyzed descriptively,and the specific content of the system was finally determined.(2)According to the Delphi Law,determine the 6 first-level indicators and 26second-level indicators of the service standard system of social sports instructors in Xi’an,of which the first-level indicators include personnel service standards,organization and management service standards,fitness guidance service standards,social sports information publicity service standards,other service standards,and service quality evaluation standards.The weights of the first-level indicators are:personnel service standard is 0.2500,organization and management service standard is0.0278,fitness guidance service standard is 0.3056,social sports information publicity service standard is 0.0833,other service standard is 0.1389,and service quality evaluation standard is 0.1944.(3)According to the empirical research of the service standard system of social sports instructors in Xi’an constructed in this paper,the analysis results show that the service standard system of social sports instructors in Xi’an conforms to the construction principles of this study,provides specific implementation standards for further improving the service level of social sports instructors in Xi’an,and also provides a realistic basis for the construction of national social sports instructor service standards.
