| With the success of the Beijing Olympic Games, the Guangzhou Asian Games and other Large-scale Sport events held in China, Chinses Sports careers have thrived, and more event operational concepts that is of commercialization and modernization gradually entered the domestic, large-scale sport events is no longer simply as a athletes stage.Media Operation, along with the Olympic coming to China a few years has been widely disseminated and concerned. As a key factor in the spread of sporting events, the media is not only a sporting crucial influencers of public opinion, and its integral image shapers, so the service quality will directly affect the dissemination of results and events venue economic benefits.Media Operation is a complex and large system engineering, news service as one of the most important soft services, bears the burden of the official news agency. News service offers information about tournament, organizing committee, venue and other related basic things to accredited medias and specific clients. Detailed, clear, concise news release final results of the hard work of the press service of the team. From previews, event news to result sheets, news service has a set of norms and professional operational processes.In this paper, my object of study is News Service of large-scale sport events in China. Together with the 41st IAAF World Cross Country Championships, the ninth National Minority traditional Sports and The Ninth Guizhou Games, using literature review, content analysis, case study and other research methods, I analyzed and summarized the News Service of large-scale sport events in ChinaThe results show that the news service of large-scale sport events already formed a relatively complete mode and fixed content, and the uses and gratifications theory, the gatekeeper theory and the agenda-setting theory are also widely used in large-scale sports news service in China, but because it appears late in China, there are still some problems:the lack of news service knowledge for the domestic sports reporters, the lack of professional, inadequate logistical and so on. To solve the above problems in practical experience and expert interviews I mentioned, I made the following recommendations:strengthen organizer and services for the awareness of large-scale sport events news service; pay more attention to training before games, training more professionals; innovating publishing platform to getting news easier; perfecting logistics, bettering contingency plans of news service. Analysis of News Service of large-scale sport events in China, is helpful for better soft services on media, and helps people to clearly understand the function and effect of the news service. |
